Road layer works with approved fill / Sub-base A-1A material, multi-lift compaction to 95% MDD, watering, grading, and final surface profiling for construction traffic.
- 03
Structure pad construction at tower locations in normal soil, including site preparation, subgrade compaction, sub-base placement, and finished surface course layers ready for foundation crews.
- 04
Drainage-aware grading and edge finishing so pads and roads remain trafficable during construction, with spoil management and site housekeeping.
